So, hey, this is Irslan. I'm your Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist...

It didn't start that way, however...

I actually have a Finance and Accounting background...

Straight out of school, I began working as a Financial Adviser...

During that time, I was not very healthy at that time, I was actually well over 215 lbs... 

More importantly during that time, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer...

Due to that, I began to learn a lot about health and nutrition...

Just seeing the impact that a changed lifestyle had on my mom, really motivated me to take control of my own health...

That's when I hired my first coach and I ended up losing 40 lbs in just under five months...

From there, after my mom passed away, I made the leap from Finance into Fitness...

Working as a personal trainer and nutritionist about six years ago before transitioning online due to the pandemic...

Anthony Fortuna, M.A. Pyschology, FHIT Body Head Coach

Anthony Fortuna is a former client of the FHIT Body Program who lost more than forty pounds! 

Anthony brings a wealth of experience to the team...

He has personally experienced what it was like to complete the numerous FAST HIT Training exercises and maintain a balanced nutrition plan...

Anthony has first-hand experienced the countless physical, emotional, and health benefits from being a member of the FHIT Body Program and wishes to help fellow members achieve the same life-changing transformations he has! 

Not to mention, Anthony has pioneered the strength-based training component of the FHIT Body Program that is used with members today! 

Outside of being a coach for the FHIT Body Program, Anthony is currently a fifth-year graduate student who will earn his doctoral degree in Psychology in August 2021...

Anthony also teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology as an adjunct professor...

Fun fact, Anthony is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu! 

Louis Garza, Writer and Editor, FHIT Body Coach

Despite making the transition to coaching, Louis is a current client of the FHIT Body program. After losing twenty pounds and achieving the best shape of his life, he is pushing forward with Irslan to see just how far his body can go.

As someone still hitting the gym and taking progress photos, Louis brings the unique experience of being both coach and program partner. He hits the gym five days a week, logs every item that enters his body, and gets in a good three hours of cardio every week. He hopes that he can inspire other members of the program by being on the ground with them, and leading them forward by means of solidarity and teamwork.

Ever since working with Irslan, Louis has formerly tight pants slipping off his butt, friends poking the ghost of a muffin top and asking what happened, and energy to fly up rock walls over and over and over again. He is a fierce proponent of the benefits of the FHIT body program and dogmatic in his approach to it, but understands that each person needs their individual fit and attention, which is what the FHIT body program is all about. 

Although a writer and editor by trade, fitness seeps into every aspect of Louis’s life. He is a dedicated martial artist and rock climber, and loves a good hike or a boxing class of any kind. Louis has been practicing Aikido for 10 years and has started dipping his toes into other arts, and has also started projecting mid grade 5.12s while lead climbing and V7s and V8s on boulders. He is happy to offer advice or even instruction for beginning with those things, as what he wants to do most is share his passions (like working out) with other people.
