Just like you, Anthony gained a bunch of unwanted belly fat over the pandemic
He was in his final year of his doctoral program where he spent every waking hour in front of clients via Zoom or buried in text books burning the midnight oil
Even if he did manage to find some spare time, he wouldn’t even know how to use it properly to make noticeable progress on his body; he needed a roadmap and education in what it took to have a sustainable eating and exercise lifestyle
He was trapped in a vicious cycle of starting and stopping, losing weight and gaining weight, gaining motivation and then losing motivation; the emotional rollercoaster ride no one wants to be on
And yeah, he’d run here and there, but as winter approached, it wasn’t practical because of the weiner-shrinking freezing cold weather outside
He not only lacked structure and weight loss guidance, but he also lacked motivation and discipline. He needed a push and accountability to help him finish what he started
His biggest fear was that he wasn’t going to lose any weight and that he’d fail
The goal of losing 30 pounds seemed like such a huge mountain for him to climb
He told me that as he got older, he didn’t want to fall into bad habits
And although he was sweating down to his kahunas, he said let’s do this
The way I knew he was going to be a success story was because he was determined and committed
Anyone can make easy excuses like “I can’t afford it,” rather than asking themselves, “how can I afford it?”
The human mind is such a powerful tool and when you say limiting things over yourself like “I can’t afford it,” your brain says “okay, I can’t afford it.”
However, when you say things like “How can I afford it?” that’s when your brain gets to work
They say we only use 10% - 20% of our actual brain capacity for a majority of our lives
And the same person that says “How can I afford it,” is the same person that says “how can I lose 30 lbs in 3 months?”
Then they’ll find a way because the greatest resource isn’t any material possession, the greatest resource is becoming resourceful
When you make a true resolution, where you place yourself in a sink or swim situation, you’ll find that you’ll develop incredible swimming skills
The word decision comes from the Latin meaning “to cut.”
It’s kinda like a rope
Once you make a decision, the rope is cut and there’s no going back
Most people stay on the fence most of their life watching every body else succeed without having the courage to make the leap and commit to making a true decision so that they can give themselves the same opportunity to succeed
Anthony made that leap and created a lifestyle that's sustainable for him by using my body type nutrition system where I showed him that his body needed more carbs to not only have more energy, but also to lose more weight and belly fat
P.S.
Anthony also was matched with an internship that’s highly competitive shortly following this
I’m not saying this program has something to do with that, I’m saying it has everything to do with that because once you change your energy, you change your lifeJust like you, Anthony gained a bunch of unwanted belly fat over the pandemic
