"I'd always say I wanted to lose weight but run out of steam doing it kinda quickly."

"It's hard to follow a workout program with the amount of hours I'm work; that and being so tired. I'd always say I wanted to lose weight but run out of steam doing it kinda quickly

FDNY EMS wants me down to 236 to make weight. At 272 as of this morning (May 28th)"

With some accountability behind him, David began doing Fast Hit Training 3x per week for 30 mins each and not only did his energy levels begin to rise, but he was able to work all throughout the day and still have enough energy for his workouts

David had a true lifestyle change and because of that, on August 28th 2020, he passed the FDNY official weigh in, weighing in at 232 lbs and is now an official member of the FDNY!

"Will this work for me? I've tried everything and have been struggling with losing weight for so long. I also am very out of shape with injuries; maybe losing weight is not in the cards for me and I'm too old now..."

"Hi Irslan. I’ve been watching some of your videos and have been thinking for some time about finding a personal trainer, so I thought I would tell you about my situation to see if you might be the right person for me

I am 63 years old. I have been obese since childhood. I am 5’ 10” and currently weigh about 280 lbs, which is down from about 360 lbs about a year ago.

I had spinal fusion surgery on the L4 - L 5 this past October to address a debilitating sciatica which caused numbness down my right leg making it difficult to walk.

I don’t think I am in good enough shape for a very intense workout, but I know I need to move and exercise more. Do you think you would be a good fit for my situation?"

Father Bob lost over 80 lbs in less than 8 months just by doing one exercise at home without equipment and is well into ONE-derland, as we like to call it!

"I have a hard time sticking with an exercise routine and I get discouraged easily."

"I have a hard time sticking with any exercise routine and I don't know how to make any noticeable change or progress on my body

I try something and do it for some time, see little-to-no changes, get discouraged and fall off. The goal of losing 30 pounds seems like such a huge mountain to climb and I'm really scared but let's do this."

Anthony's biggest fear was that he wasn’t going to lose any weight and that he’d fail again

In 4 months time, Anthony not only lost 40 lbs but he was able to make courageous decisions in his relationships and has moved himself forward in his career

Apart from the health benefits, he found that his overall confidence, self-esteem, and belief in himself also rose

Will this work for me? I've tried everything and have been struggling with losing weight for so long. I also am very out of shape with injuries; maybe losing weight is not in the cards for me and I'm too old now...

261 lbs on 07/10/20 - 179 lbs on 03/11/21
Father Bob lost over 80 lbs in less than 8 months just by doing one exercise and is well into ONE-derland, as we like to call it!
And I know what you’re thinking… There’s no way he lost that much weight just by doing one exercise. C’mon man…
I also want to add that he’s in his early 60s and has a debilitating back injury and can’t move his foot fully on one side
One thing Father Bob fully embraced was when I told him that the reward for getting better is that you get to work even harder; the reward for climbing a mountain is an even bigger mountain to climb (and a better view of course 😉)
In other words, your body never adapts to Fast Hit Training because it's bodyweight so if you lost 10 lbs in one month, you can do it again next month, and the month after that, and so on until you reach your goal, SUSTAINABLY, because HOW you lose weight is how you KEEP it off
As Bruce Lee said, “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
As Father Bob found, if you have the accountability behind you and if you have skin in the game, change will happen and you will begin to see the inches drop off
I very much encourage you to watch both success interviews Father Bob and I did together
P.S.
You may be wondering, where’s the before and after?!
Not everyone of my clients are comfortable with sharing their before and afters
Some don’t even have any "before" photos because they didn’t take very many photos when they were heavier because they weren’t always comfortable in their own skin (and some of my clients deleted a lot of their past photos)
I understand and respect that because I used to be the same way as well

I am remote now in New Jersey job searching - I was laid off 3 weeks ago. Interested but sorry man, no budget at this time

When Brian came to me near the beginning of the pandemic, he told me that he needed to lose weight but didn’t have a budget and couldn’t afford personal training because he was laid off from his job at the start of the pandemic.
I explained to him that this wasn’t in-person training and he got started even though he was scared to try something new online.
Brian was trying to lose weight on his own by doing cardio and walking. He realized that cardio wasn’t helping him lose his belly fat or get stronger like he thought it would
He was not happy with where he was with his weight, and was discouraged he let himself get to a place where he was not healthy
Brian felt lazy and unmotivated, and he said to me, “If I could just get to 210 lbs, I’d be happy.
Well we crushed that goal within the first two months alone
230 lbs on 05/29/20 - 199 lbs on 08/29/20
Brian lost over 30 lbs in 90 days!
He didn’t wait for conditions to be perfect. He took imperfect action day after day even when he was traveling to another state, sharing a meal with friends, and even when he was not feeling his best.

How Anthony Conquered Yo-yo Dieting And Lost Over 30 lbs In 90 Days While Eating Over Four Carb Meals Per Day Every Day And Having A Starbuck's Strawberry Acai Daily

Just like you, Anthony gained a bunch of unwanted belly fat over the pandemic
He was in his final year of his doctoral program where he spent every waking hour in front of clients via Zoom or buried in text books burning the midnight oil
Even if he did manage to find some spare time, he wouldn’t even know how to use it properly to make noticeable progress on his body; he needed a roadmap and education in what it took to have a sustainable eating and exercise lifestyle
He was trapped in a vicious cycle of starting and stopping, losing weight and gaining weight, gaining motivation and then losing motivation; the emotional rollercoaster ride no one wants to be on
And yeah, he’d run here and there, but as winter approached, it wasn’t practical because of the weiner-shrinking freezing cold weather outside
He not only lacked structure and weight loss guidance, but he also lacked motivation and discipline. He needed a push and accountability to help him finish what he started
His biggest fear was that he wasn’t going to lose any weight and that he’d fail
The goal of losing 30 pounds seemed like such a huge mountain for him to climb
He told me that as he got older, he didn’t want to fall into bad habits
And although he was sweating down to his kahunas, he said let’s do this
The way I knew he was going to be a success story was because he was determined and committed
Anyone can make easy excuses like “I can’t afford it,” rather than asking themselves, “how can I afford it?”
The human mind is such a powerful tool and when you say limiting things over yourself like “I can’t afford it,” your brain says “okay, I can’t afford it.”
However, when you say things like “How can I afford it?” that’s when your brain gets to work
They say we only use 10% - 20% of our actual brain capacity for a majority of our lives
And the same person that says “How can I afford it,” is the same person that says “how can I lose 30 lbs in 3 months?”
Then they’ll find a way because the greatest resource isn’t any material possession, the greatest resource is becoming resourceful
When you make a true resolution, where you place yourself in a sink or swim situation, you’ll find that you’ll develop incredible swimming skills
The word decision comes from the Latin meaning “to cut.”
It’s kinda like a rope
Once you make a decision, the rope is cut and there’s no going back
Most people stay on the fence most of their life watching every body else succeed without having the courage to make the leap and commit to making a true decision so that they can give themselves the same opportunity to succeed
Anthony made that leap and created a lifestyle that's sustainable for him by using my body type nutrition system where I showed him that his body needed more carbs to not only have more energy, but also to lose more weight and belly fat
P.S.
Anthony also was matched with an internship that’s highly competitive shortly following this

Marc was very skeptical since he had seen many of his friends yo-yo with their trainers
After watching several of my videos, he resonated with my message and decided to give me a call to chat about the program and inquire about how everything worked
He found that other personal trainers had very little levels of motivation and possibly even a conflict of interest in helping their clients because their clients may leave after getting in shape
Unlike other personal trainers, Marc saw that our interests were aligned because my success depended on producing more success stories (just like the one you're reading about now)
After seeing some of my before and afters, and testimonials from my other clients, he believed that I could help him
He later said it was because he was seeing that the weight loss of my clients was progressive and that they seemed like real people
Above all, Marc thought I was handsome enough to give it a try and hired me as his very first trainer
Marc was very skeptical when I told him that all he needed to do was workout 3x per week for 30 mins each doing the Fast Hit Training exercise
But as he says, the proof is in the pudding. In just 6 months, Marc has lost 40 lbs
He gets in and out of his sports car easily now, isn’t bloated anymore, and has drastically reduced his resting heart rate back down to normal levels
His favorite part about the program was the accountability and guidance he received from me
His self-esteem is higher than ever, he’s fitting back into the clothes that he hasn’t been able to fit into for years, and his partner Jess isn’t complaining about his new body either :)

His self-esteem is higher than ever, he’s fitting back into the clothes that he hasn’t been able to fit into for years, and his partner Jess isn’t complaining about his new body either :)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's the secret to losing weight?

It's so simple that you will never figure it out on your own. The reason why is because we all have blindspots. As the name implies, we cannot uncover our own blindspots, we can only be led to discover them for ourselves. This is why I have coaches myself; we all need experts to guide us in every area of our life, including our weight loss, to get lasting results.

What's your coaching / weight loss philosophy?

We all know what to do to some extent so what's the challenge? Apart from the blindspot I referred to earlier, we all have two volume nobs in our mind. You can think of your inner voices as an angel and the devil. Our coaching is the angel in your ear you need until you are able to turn up the volume knob of the angel within yourself. At that point, you kick us to the curb and create a lifestyle change where you've learned how to fish.

I don't want to lose weight. I want to stay at the same weight and improve my body composition. Can you help me?

Yes

  What happens after the program?

Our program gives you the tools where you learn how to fish. Once you've achieved your goal, you will have developed the lifestyle change to maintain it. If you'd like to continue for any reason, we would be very happy to work out an arrangement on a monthly basis otherwise, you have lifetime access to myself and our community where you can always come back to for a tune up or to ask any questions.

Every time I get to a certain weight, I either plateau or get comfortable. How will you help me breakthrough this time and keep the weight off?

Think about your goal as running a race with a prize at the end. At first, there is a motivational push, like a rabid dog nipping at your butt driving you forward. At some point, the pain diminishes and the push is no longer there. At this point, you need a motivational pull to keep going. We will teach you how to create a big bright vision for the future that pulls you through and keeps you going after you cross over that threshold point. It's kind of like how you look forward to a big trip you have planned -- you can't wait to get there!

What happens if I don't lose weight or gain weight and get discouraged?

The scale is a good indicator of progress but it doesn't show us the full picture. This is why we use multiple progress indicators such as measurements and progress photos. And it's not a question of if we hit a plateau but when. When we've hit a true plateau, we will simply change one course of action and get back on track.

What if I'm a very private person and I don't want my pictures shared on the internet?

I will never share a photo of yours without your permission. Additionally, we can block out your face and use an abbreviated version of your name so that no one will know who it is if you prefer. We do require you send us progress photos at least every four weeks, which are confidential, that we will use to tailor your program even more.

Will you customized the program for me and my needs?

Yes and we will continue to adjust it as needed.

How do I know this program will work for me?

Around 4,000 B.C. the wheel was invented. 6,000 years later, it's still round. We give you a proven formula that's worked for hundreds of men just like you, many of whom were struggling with their weight their entire life.

Is this one on one personal training?

No. When you hire a personal trainer or nutritionist, you are paying for time where their business model depends on repeat customers. When you hire a coach, you are investing into a result where our business model depends on producing and sustaining life-changing transformations.

What if I don't have any motivation or willpower?

Does it take any willpower to watch your favorite show? I know it doesn't for me when I'm watching The Book of Boba Fett, which by the way, is freaking incredible! Very similarly, we're going to take motivation and willpower out of the equation, which is a common reason many men fall off the wagon on their weight loss journey.

What if I can't afford this program?

Let's imagine a scenario where your house is on fire. If there is a paper clip in that house, how willing are you to run inside and grab it on a scale from 1 - 10? The answer is probably 0. However, let's flip the script and say a loved one was inside, your spouse, child, or pet. Now how willing are you to run inside the same house? The answer is probably an 11. So it's not a lack of resources, it's a lack of resourcefulness and not seeing the true value of what you're getting. If you truly are ready to make a change, we will find a way to make it work. Funny enough, this same mindset is required in creating a lasting and sustainable lifestyle change.

  What does the program include?

It's a wholistic program including exercise, nutrition, and mindset / accountability.

  How long is the program?

Anywhere from 6-12 months based on your goal.

I struggle with emotional eating. How can you help me?

It is normal and natural for food to provide comfort, otherwise, we wouldn't be very motivated to eat. We help layer in additional forms of simple stress management so that you can take back control of the steering wheel of your life and develop a healthy relationship with food.

Do you include check in’s to make sure I’m staying on track?

Absolutely, Multiple times per week with full nutrition coaching and feedback to keep you on track.

What if I can't lose weight or keep it off permanently no matter what I do?

There are three things you need to create a sustainable lifestyle change: the right skills, beliefs, and character traits. We help you develop all three.

Do I need to train at a gym or can I train from home?

You can do this at a gym or at home, whichever you prefer.

What if I'm petrified and feel paralyzed to make a decision?

That's normal. God put the best stuff in life on the other side of fear. Most people look down the cliff their entire life and never jump. The pain of jumping weighs ounces while the regret of not jumping weighs tons. We hope to see you on the winner's side with those of us who made the leap and chose to soar.

Is your program structured and planned?

Yes, we take out all of the guesswork and thinking.

What are the different phases of your program and how long does each phase take?

Phase 1 is Cutting where we reduce and remove excess body and belly fat. Phase 1 lasts about three months depending on your goal. Phase 2 is Building where we get tight and toned. Phase 2 lasts about three months depending on your goal. Phase 3 is Maintenance where you have a lifestyle change.

Is there a discount if you pay-in-full?

Yes

What if I have never hired a coach before and don't know what to expect?

If you want something you've never had, you must do something you've never done. Allow us to set the standard.

What if I can't meal prep?

Your nutrition plan will be customized based on your lifestyle.

Can I still eat pizza, pasta, and bread?

Yes, nothing is restricted or off limits. We teach you how to incorporate all foods in a sustainable way.

Can I still drink wine on the weekends?

Yes

What if I need to speak to my spouse before making a decision?

Schedule a time when all of us can jump on a call together.
